Your body experienced life right alongside you. In other words, it has an opinion about everything that’s happened.

To sit in communion with your body, and get curious about what’s there.
When you learn the deeper skills of how to listen and what to listen for, you can fully inhabit and resolve what’s been causing the patterns that are out of alignment with your signature.
You can break free from the cycles of burnout, exhaustion and disconnect, and bring your present day actions to be in resonance with your present day experience…rather than a repetition of a pattern of the past.
It's never been about doing more...you've already done enough.
TRANSFORMATION IS 80% inner LOVE AND 20% external ACTION.
Once you align to your energetic signature and the frequencies that are here to support you, the external action becomes effortless.
Where we make things harder for ourselves is when we hustle up 80% of our efforts in taking actions that haven't been checked if they are internally aligned, and we only give 20% to nurturing our inner spaces.
You need to love yourself fiercely and prioritise your inner world, so that you can make a difference in our outer world.

It makes sense that you have these questions. You’ve been on this path of personal and spiritual growth for a while now, and yet, you still feel so far away from where you want to be.
So here’s what I want to share with you:
Your soul chose to come here for many reasons. When you look back, it makes sense that some things happened the way they did for your evolution. Doesn’t it?
When you look forward, the reasons are yet to be revealed. You cannot know everything that’s destined for your path. There are limitless possibilities in the quantum field waiting for you.
You have to let life unfold in Divine Timing, and align to your Higher Timelines.
What you can know, is how you feel in the present moment, and to let that be a guide for every decision you make. When your decisions are aligned with your soul’s guidance, you cannot do it wrong.
Instead, you’re invited deeper into your leadership and your heart. When you make an aligned decision, you have the support of God with you to put your energy in the right place.
You have to guide the energy.
For that, you must be conscious, intentional and crystal clear about what you are guiding the energy to manifest as.
And it gets to be easier than you ever imagined. The only thing that gets in our way, is ourselves.
Every week I was looking forward to the next session, mostly because I noticed how much transformation was happening.
