Food, glorious food.

We need fuel in order to function on both a physical and mental capacity. If we aren’t doing that to the best of our ability, and fulfilling the needs of our body, then we are doing ourselves a disservice.

I’m absolutely not talking about having the perfect diet. I focus more on finding the foods that are actually good for us, cutting through any media driven hypes, and taking things back to basics.

As with all things in life, it is about finding the right balance that works for YOU. I hope some of my posts and recipes (coming soon!) can inspire you to nourish yourself in a way that honors your body and mind, so that you are able to step into your power.

I’m currently doing an online course in Naturopathy, and I’ll bring a lot of that into any posts that I share. However, please note that I am not a certified health practitioner of any shape or form. I’m just a woman with a passion for wellness.
